This unique & mood 3878 SF space is located on the 3 floor side attic. It features wood flooring, floor to ceiling wood beams, wood stage, exposed brick and moody lighting. All props are included in the rental. Featuring and freight elevator access. Props are included in the rental. Featuring old piano, a variety of chairs and stools, ladders, directors chairs and leather chair.

Studio Rates

1-hour minimum booking. The pricing listed is for Photo Shoots. The studio is open 8am to 8pm. For after hours, film production, workshops and events please contact us.

  • $95 Hour + Taxes & fees ($110 hour)

    (After Hours) $130 Hour + Taxes & fees ($150 hour)

Weekday Rates

  • 10% Off - 2 to 3 hours

  • 20% Off - 4 to 7 hours

  • 30% Off - 8 to 12 hours

Music Video & Film Productions

Requirements:

  • Security Deposit

  • Signed Agreement

  • COI - Liability Insurance

  • Special Event Permit (if you are serving alcohol)

Wedding Photography

Event Rates

Please contact use for event rates. Rental would includes all furniture in the studio, folding tables and plastic chairs.
