Are you looking for a unique studio space for your next film? At Millworks we offer a variety of beautiful studios ranging from 500-14,000 SF to choose from. You will also have access to hair & make-up station, washrooms, kitchenette, free wifi, available and parking. Be sure to check out the alternative building options below. For tours please contact:

Hair & Make up station

At Millworks Creative we also have a hair and makeup station available onsite . It can be booked up to 1 hours prior to your start time.

Please make request during your booking to reserve your spot.

DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. Cleaning fees may apply if the space if not left as originally found.

  • We offer studio credits for cancelled booking. No refunds.

  • Cancelling or rescheduling your reservation with over 48 hours notice will result in a 20% fee of your booking value.

  • If you cancel 24 hours before your booking date, you will be liable for the full value of the booking.

  • During check-in, you may be asked to provide your ID and credit card information to pre-authorize a security deposit.

Policies

  • The studios are not soundproofed.

  • Moving and using furniture from another studio you are NOT renting is not permissible. Fees will apply if this rule is broken.

  • Please do not use any of the studios you are not renting. If you would like a tour of the other spaces, kindly ask our staff and they will be happy to assist you.

  • Garbage brought into the studio must be cleaned and put into garbage inside the studio. If there is garbage left behind, cleaning fees will apply.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the common areas or left behind in the studio.
