The Attic
This unique and rustic space is located on the third floor attic of the building. With 3000 SF of space and beautiful west facing light from the skylights and window your possibilities are endless. The space features wood flooring, floor to ceiling wood beams, a beautiful skylight and old factory windows. All props are included in the rental. Featuring a bed, 3 couches, rocking chair, lounger, gold mirrors, stool, vintage desk, typewriter, gold frames and vintage curtains. Freight elevator access.

1-hour minimum booking. The pricing listed below is for Photo Shoots only. The studio is open 8am to 8pm. For after hours, film music videos, workshops and events please contact us.
