All rate below are for photography use only. For film production and event rates or if your booking exceeds 10 people please contact us.
Our staff will visit the studio room 10 minutes prior to the end of your booking to ensure that the room is left in its original condition. Furniture and props must be moved back to their original place, and all garbage must be placed into garbage cans. A $50 - $100 fee may apply if these rules are broken.

After Hours
8pm to 8am - $130 Hour + Taxes & fees ($150 hour)

10% Off - 2 to 3 hours
20% Off - 4 to 7 hours
30% Off - 8 to 12 hours
Deposits & Cancellations
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. A $50 cleaning fee will apply if the space is not left as originally found and furniture is not placed in its original spot.

Policies
During check-in, you may be asked to provide your ID and credit card information to pre-authorize a security deposit.
The studios are not soundproofed.
Moving and using furniture from another studio you are NOT renting is not permissible. Fees will apply if this rule is broken.
Please do not use any of the studios you are not renting. If you would like a tour of the other spaces, kindly ask our staff and they will be happy to assist you.
Garbage brought into the studio must be cleaned and put into garbage inside the studio. If there is garbage left behind, cleaning fees will apply.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the common areas or left behind in the studio.
