It’s the most wonderful time of the year… well, almost... our new studio installations have us feeling some merry and festive vibes! Back by popular demand, we’re excited to share that Christmas in The Cottage, The Greenhouse AND The Loft are ready and waiting for you to create some holiday magic.
We’re thrilled to bring the Millworks community 3 unique holiday inspired studios right in the heart of Dundas, Ontario! Each studio features unique and inspired designs that create a stunning backdrop for your client’s holiday photo or video shoots!
Perfect for capturing your clients’ festive memories or showcasing your merchandise or services in a holiday campaign, the Christmas studio installations Millworks Creative are full of wonder and magic.

What to Expect in The Cottage
The Cottage is an intimate studio with west light that boasts exposed brick walls that have been thoughtfully whitewashed to create a cozy and rustic atmosphere. The original wood beams and hardwood floor add loads of character to this fabulous 500 sqft studio.
The Cottage also features a decorative teal door that adds just a hint of whimsy while the incredible whitewashed brick fireplace will make your clients feel right at home, helping you capture beautiful memories in this incredibly unique space.
The Cottage Holiday Details
Layering a festive touch on top of the existing Cottage decor makes the perfect backdrop to capture holiday portraits or take your holiday campaigns from conception to completion.
We’ve added numerous evergreen elements including a twinkle light Christmas tree, holiday wreaths and greenery. You’ll also find some unique vintage elements like a stunning antique radio and rustic skis as well as cozy candles and lanterns to create a comforting ambience.
Finally, we’ve introduced several holiday props in the form of beautifully wrapped gifts, stockings, and more… all of which can be used for your photography or videography shoot and are included in your studio rental!
What To Expect in The Greenhouse
The Greenhouse studio is brimming with charm, from the incredible feature stone wall to the rustic white shiplap walls that line either side of the studio. With the incredible natural light from the skylight, The Greenhouse is ideal for portraits.
You’ll also find beautiful hardwood floors and tons of windows decorated with flowing white curtains to add a homey feel to the space.
The Greenhouse Holiday Details
Just in time for the holiday season, The Greenhouse has been transformed into a winter wonderland! Featuring loads of white Christmas decor, the studio is a festive canvas to capture portraits and marketing collateral alike.
We’ve added a white Christmas trees adorned with white twinkle lights, flocked wreaths and white natural elements such as pampas grass as well as large wooden Christmas trees. The Greenhouse also features a stunning white couch, an antique wood table and more - sure to make your holiday content POP!
What to Expect in The Loft
Historical details are on full display in The Loft Studio at Millworks! From whitewashed brick walls and gorgeous natural north light from the original factory windows, you’re bound to capture romantic, cozy Christmas moments.
The Loft also features incredible exposed whitewashed wood beams and a gorgeous antique chandelier that are sure to add some character to your creations - whether you’re capturing family portraits or cultivating unique content for your marketing campaigns.
How to Book
Our Christmas setups are ideal for photographers looking to offer a unique, festive studio space for their client’s holiday memories through mini-sessions or full portrait sessions. Videographers and content creators will also benefit from these professionally styled studios to bring their holiday campaigns to life!
The Christmas at Millworks installations are available for booking Sunday through Saturday from 8:00am to 8:00pm between October 23rd and January 2nd.
